Simply contact the bookmakers of your choice and you will find most are willing to recruit you. You would then receive your own cut from any profits make from punters linking to a particular bet from your site. You therefore keep your share of the profit, rather it all going to the bookmaker or to the site used to link to that bookmaker.

Most bookmakers do not carry negative "rollover", so if a customer's bet wins you either start afresh the following month or when that customer has sufficient losses for you to have a profit again. You should not be expected to meet any of the losses yourself - but do check this out with every bookmaker you choose to promote.
